Empty the contents of one sachet (4 g) into a cup, add 150-200ml of hot or warm water, stir for 3-5 seconds. Drink the cloudy solution only, avoiding the sediment at the bottom of the cup. Take 30 minutes before meals, 1-3 times per day for optimal results.
